A few questions, answered.
Can I manage more than one church website?
Yes. Use the website selector to manage each church’s hosting, DNS and email separately. Wallet credit belongs to your account; subscriptions belong to each website.
What if I forget a website admin password?
Sign in to your Shoppa account, select the website and open Hosting. Enter the website administrator email, verify your account password and set a new website password.
Can I bring my own domain?
Yes. Verify ownership and point the domain to the hosting server before launch. Or start with an included church subdomain. You can also search for and register a new domain during setup. Registration is billed separately from hosting and depends on the available extensions.
How does payment work?
Review a hosting invoice and pay with wallet credit or Paystack. Credit is added after payment verification. Renewal from your wallet is optional; cards are not charged automatically.
What happens when my trial or subscription ends?
Hosting pauses until you subscribe or renew. Your website data is retained. Saving or deleting drafts does not reset the account trial.
Where do I manage church content and live streams?
Open your website’s church admin for pages, sermons, events, members and livestream settings. Your Shoppa dashboard manages website hosting and account services.
